encouraging customers to pay our client less

Like anyone who has ever paid a power bill, NIPSCO customers wanted to know how they could lower it. We decided instead of slashing prices (which we can't do), we'd create a TV spot to share a few easy tips for reducing usage and lowering bills. This playful spot was a big hit with customers and helped solidify NIPSCO as a valuable member of the community.

Reviving Ron Michaelson

Ditech was going through a massive rebrand (more like a rebirth) and looked to us for help. So when they asked us to put their old adversarial TV personality in their new brand spot, the gauntlet was thrown. How do we update a tired and dated character to fit a new and lively brand? Add toast.
